Clean hotel, enjoyed to be close to between Preston, sumptuous gardens with ample parking and the Lakes thanks to quiet and ideal location. The bar was fantastic with extremely helpful staff. No reason to complain, the venue met the purpose.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel that was conveniently located for my journey. the hotel is situated in a charming village called Bilsborrow, which made for a pleasant place to have dinner and breakfast. the nearby pub, the Roebuck, offers a great selection of ales and a reasonable menu. the service provided by the hotel staff was friendly and efficient. the rooms were warm, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a good night's sleep. the parking was easy and secure, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

The food here is good, the staff are friendly, the bed is comfy, and the breakfast is great, plus there is on-site parking – I totally recommend staying here.

Additionally, the basic amenities were well-maintained, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast, although served next door, offered a good variety of food, despite a few hiccups in terms of wait times and availability.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great.
